A warm welcome was given to the new Chaplains, Street and Community Angels at a commissioning and dedication service at St Mary’s Church, Guildford on Sunday 4th November in. Around sixteen new volunteers were present. Amongst the guests were local MP Anne Milton, Deputy Mayor, Richard Billington and representatives of Guildford Police and Guildford Borough Council who have supported us over our ten year history. Rod Boreham GTCC Chaplain led the service with contributions from Fiona Ford, Rachel Guilford and Rev Andrew Wheeler gave the address. After the service over 100 volunteers and guests enjoyed cakes and other refreshments together.
