Many thanks to the many volunteers, supporters and friends who squeezed into the beautiful nave at St Mary’s Church for our first post-lockdown Quiz Night. We were treated to a delicious Asian infusion meal provided by Open Grounds Café, and an engaging quiz prepared by Quizmaster Michael Tame. During the lively event our Street Angel project co-ordinator, Ben Pitt, “Braved the Shave”, having his luscious lockdown locks shaved off to raise an incredible £900 for GTCC. It is not too late to support Ben, just click here And as the evening drew to a close, with guests getting ready to go home, we were able to see a team of Street Angels just getting ready for their friendly night patrol to start.
