GTCC have been chosen as the Charity of the Year for the Annual Guildford Walking Festival, Walkfest. So on Saturday 28 September between 9.15am – 4pm volunteers will be undertaking the Walkfest Angel Walk, Guildford to Dorking. Final arrangements are being made for this opportunity to join in a sponsored event, organised in collaboration with the Surrey Hills Society. We have set ourselves a stretching target to raise £3000 from this event, so we are looking for some 30 people who are each able to raise around £100 and manage to walk 14miles, 20km! We hope to gather a host of Angels to tread this ancient path along the North Downs.
